In her current position, Desi oversees invoicing, quoting, order tracking, and accounting functions, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance across all processes. She plays a critical role in optimizing workflows, enhancing financial performance, and supporting Inspired Solutions' mission to deliver exceptional value to its clients.

Desi earned her Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Baruch College in New York. Prior to joining Inspired Solutions, she and her husband owned and operated several successful businesses, including convenience stores, supermarkets, and a meat market. In these ventures, Desi managed sales, operations, and accounting, developing deep expertise in business management and customer service.

Her entrepreneurial background has equipped her with a comprehensive understanding of small business operations, financial planning, and strategic growth. She brings these insights to Inspired Solutions, ensuring the company’s operations align with its broader vision and values.

Desi also serves on the Board of Directors for Inspired Solutions and Rick and Isabella Pina Ministries, where she contributes her expertise to governance, strategy, and community outreach initiatives. She is deeply committed to philanthropy and has participated in multiple mission trips, supporting efforts to empower underprivileged communities through education, resources, and spiritual growth.
