Isabella Piña is the CEO, President, and Founder of Inspired Solutions, Inc., a Minority Woman and Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned small business providing innovative IT solutions, network engineering, logistical services, and program management. Her vision for Inspired Solutions began while serving in the U.S. Army, and after retiring from 21 years of military service, she turned that vision into reality. Today, Isabella leads Inspired Solutions with a mission to help organizations solve critical challenges while empowering people and giving back to communities in need.

 

Born in Dominica and raised in a humble village by her grandmother, Isabella learned early on the values of hard work, perseverance, and faith. After excelling in school, she moved to the United States and enlisted in the U.S. Army as an Automated Logistical Specialist. Rising through the ranks, she became a Sergeant and was later commissioned as an officer and Army Nurse, serving in Korea, Bosnia, Iraq, Georgia, Washington, and the Washington D.C. area. Her career culminated as a Robotic Surgery Coordinator, where she led one of the most advanced surgical programs in the Department of Defense.

Isabella’s military experience honed her expertise in logistics, supply chain management, and leadership—skills she carried into her business career. Inspired Solutions was built on three core philosophies: invest in people, solve critical challenges, and give back. Under her leadership, the company has become a trusted partner in IT reselling, logistics management, and professional services, helping organizations optimize operations and meet diversity goals.

 

Committed to lifelong learning, Isabella holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Mary-Hardin Baylor and a Master’s in Healthcare Management from Trident University. She is currently pursuing her Doctor of Nursing. Isabella’s leadership extends beyond business—she co-founded and co-leads RIPMinistries (Rick and Isabella Piña Ministries), a nonprofit organization focused on empowering underprivileged communities. She also serves on the Board of Directors for the Global Foundation for Peroxisomal Disorders (GFPD), contributing to efforts that support families and advance research related to peroxisomal disorders. Additionally, she serves on the Board of Directors for the World Pediatric Project.

 

Passionate about philanthropy, Isabella dedicates time each year to mission work, focusing on underserved communities in the U.S. and the Caribbean. She played a key role in building a school in the Dominican Republic, providing free education and meals to over 200 children, with plans to grow even further. Her commitment to missions has led her to participate in and lead trips to Zimbabwe, Mozambique, Mexico, Haiti, and Dominica, and multiple trips to the Dominican Republic, providing aid and support to underprivileged communities.

Isabella has been recognized with the Entrepreneurial Woman of Impact Award and has led Inspired Solutions to receive the 50 Fastest Growing Women-Owned/Led Companies award from JPMorgan Chase and the Women Presidents Organization.

 

Isabella’s story is one of resilience, faith, and determination. From her humble beginnings in Dominica to her distinguished military career and entrepreneurial success, she continues to inspire others to dream big, work hard, and make a lasting impact.
