Client Services Executive Coordinator

 

Karen McCleary is the Client Services Executive Coordinator at Inspired Solutions, where she oversees partner relationships, certifications, and compliance documentation. With a career spanning over 25 years in the U.S. Army, culminating in the highest possible enlisted rank of Sergeant Major, Karen brings exceptional leadership, operational expertise, and organizational management to her role.

Karen leads efforts to streamline partnership management, ensuring Inspired Solutions maintains strong relationships with clients, vendors, and government agencies. Her attention to detail and strategic planning have been instrumental in securing certifications and maintaining compliance, enabling the company to expand its footprint and meet client needs effectively.

 

Karen earned a Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resource Management from Strayer University. Her military career was marked by outstanding achievements, including attaining the rank of Sergeant Major, reflecting her leadership, dedication, and expertise in her field. After retiring from the Army, Karen transitioned to the private sector, serving as a contractor and later as a civil servant in the Army G-3/5/7 as a Program Manager for officer programs. She also worked at the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) as an HR Supervisor in the Military Personnel Division, continuing to contribute to mission-critical operations.

 

In addition to her professional responsibilities, Karen serves on the Board of Directors for Inspired Solutions and Rick and Isabella Pina Ministries. She plays an active role in community development, leveraging her experience to support charitable initiatives and mission work. Karen has participated in multiple mission trips, providing resources and mentorship to underprivileged communities.
