Inspired Solutions, Inc. was founded in 2015 by Isabella Piña, a Dominica-born entrepreneur, U.S. Army veteran, and business leader whose journey embodies grit, perseverance, and purpose-driven leadership.

 

Born on the small, impoverished island of Dominica, Isabella arrived in the United States with little more than her faith and determination. She served 21 years in the U.S. Army, rising through the ranks to become a supply chain and logistics expert, gaining over 25 years of experience in logistics and supply chain management and 16 years as a registered nurse.

Inspired Solutions was built during Isabella’s transition out of military service, founded on three core philosophies: invest in people, solve critical challenges, and give back to communities in need. These principles guide everything we do, from IT procurement and supply chain logistics to staffing solutions and training programs for the next generation of professionals.

Under Isabella’s leadership, Inspired Solutions has grown into a certified 8(a), Minority, Woman-Owned (M/WBE), Economically Disadvantaged Woman-Owned (EDWOSB), and Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) with ISO 9001 certification and a SECRET facility clearance—delivering IT, logistics, and professional services to federal, state, and commercial clients.

Inspired Solutions has been recognized as one of the 50 Fastest Growing Women-Owned and Led Companies and has earned Supplier Diversity awards from leading organizations. Isabella’s commitment to empowering businesses and communities extends globally, including the founding of a school in the Dominican Republic that provides free education and meals to over 200 children.
